I bought 13 dozen from this Company, I have 6 doz left….Fantastic, nearly as good as High Lanes…make sure you have a good none stick pan though, that is Key…Thankyou so much chaps,my Mum used to send me a Dozen every now and then and it cost a fortune. Your Products made an old Stokie very happy and I will definitely be ordering from you again in the near future…5 star product
Absolutely incredible. Delicious and so easy to make. If I closed my eyes whilst eating them I could be forgiven for thinking I was back in Hanley and off to watch the Vale.

I have friends in Stoke and have always loved getting Oatcakes when I visit. Last time I was there I bought a few bags of this mix to bring back to the states.

Amazing! I was sceptical….but wow…..made at my own consistency and the taste and lightness was just as if come out of my local corner oatcake shop!
It does say a dozen on packet but if you like your oatcakes thin and light…..you will get more than that!
Will be keeping a bag in cupboards from now on !

Just finished a plate of bacon, cheese and tomatoes with oatcakes made from our first pack earlier today. I’m a Stokie now living in North Yorkshire, so Oatcake shops are thin on the ground!
The mix was a Christmas present and our first couple of attempts weren’t successful. Once we realised that the pan wasn’t hot enough – success!
The ingredients are just as you’d expect, so it all boils down to the mixing and cooking.
The oatcakes were a bit thicker than the ones we used to buy from High Lane, Burslem, but the taste was certainly there.
Next time, we’ll make the mix a bit thinner and make sure that we whisk between each one (as recommended). We reckon on 16 – 18 from each pack in a medium frying pan.
Highly recommended.
